"When I first started cooking with ground turkey instead of beef, I couldn't get over how different it tasted. The addition of salsa to this recipe gives it added flavour without sacrificing the healthy benefits."
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup salsa in a large bowl using your hands, then press into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, until cooked through.
Spread remaining 1/2 cup salsa over the top, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
