Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup salsa in a large bowl using your hands, then press into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Step 3

Bake for 30 minutes, until cooked through.

Step 4

Spread remaining 1/2 cup salsa over the top, and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Step 5

Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Excellent turkey meatloaf ! I used green sweet pepper, red onion and brown instant rice, all cus that is what i had around. Very happy that it sliced so well, held together perfectly and had lots of flavour. I will be making this one again, thanks for posting.
