Tortilla Egg Breakfast Pizzas

"A platter of these look great on a breakfast Brunch Buffet. Use a tortilla, English muffin or like I d0 a low calorie "Fold It" flat bread. For the final sprinkle I like using feta with sun dried tomatoes. Great recipe for a light dinner ot lunch. This originally was a Kraft recipe"

Heat dressing in a skillet, medium/high heat.
Add onions cook & stir 3 minutes.
Add spinach for 2 minutes or until just wilted.
Remove from skillet, keep warm.
Heat the tortillas on both sides until nicely browned, remove, keep warm.
Add oil to the skillet, medium heat.
Fry your eggs covered.
Cook until the way you like them.
Spoon spinach mixture on the tortillas.
Top with a slice of ham, then an egg & sprinkle on the feta cheese.
