Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing (Kraft Greek With Feta & Oregano dressing)
  • 1/3 cup chopped sweet onion (finely chopped)
  • 10 cups baby spinach (stems removed)
  • 136 grams tortillas (4 small whole wheat)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 ounces sliced ham (4 slices)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat dressing in a skillet, medium/high heat.

  • Step 2: Add onions cook & stir 3 minutes.

  • Step 3: Add spinach for 2 minutes or until just wilted.

  • Step 4: Remove from skillet, keep warm.

  • Step 5: Heat the tortillas on both sides until nicely browned, remove, keep warm.

  • Step 6: Add oil to the skillet, medium heat.

  • Step 7: Fry your eggs covered.

  • Step 8: Cook until the way you like them.

  • Step 9: Spoon spinach mixture on the tortillas.

  • Step 10: Top with a slice of ham, then an egg & sprinkle on the feta cheese.

  • Step 11: Serve.
