Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except the ribs.

Step 2

Heat over high heat until boiling.

Step 3

Reduce heat, simmer 30-40 minutes until thick.

Step 4

Coat 4 pounds of baby back pork ribs, front and back, with BBQ sauce.

Step 5

Wrap ribs in aluminum foil.

Step 6

Bake at 300F for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. (I usually go 2 1/2 hours).

Step 7

Remove ribs from foil and smother with more sauce.

The ribs were just as tasty as I remember Tony Roma's ribs being...they came out so tender and were falling off the bone...I cut the recipe in half and wished I had keep the full amount of the sauce...made for "FYC" tag game...
