"This simple sammie recipe is one I enjoy quite often. My favourite type of bread for this is the Schar brand Deli-Style Gluten Free Bread, but feel free to use your favourite!"

It hit the spot! Delicious sandwich. I made it with my favorite bread, "pane ai cereali ", cherry tomatoes and arugula from my garden. This winter has been so mild so far, my tomato plants are still alive.
