  • 1/2 whole avocado (pitted, peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 whole tomato, sliced (ripe)
  • Pickled hot banana peppers, as much as you like
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
