Another tasty recipe from QueenBea. Lovely peppy flavour. I used snapper filets and served them with fresh Salsa, Green Beans from the garden, broccoli & a new potato. The filets hadn't quite browned after they were just about cooked so I broiled them for a couple minutes - perfect

Excellent fish! This is the second recipe of yours that I'm putting into my Best of 2016 file just this week! We loved the flavor of the fish and the hint of heat from the hot banana peppers. Yum. I used flounder this time. Thank you!

EXCELLENT! Loved this recipe and it goes into my Best of Cookbook to be made again & again. Everything melds together in this delicious dish. One picky dinner was sure they wouldn't enjoy the fish, but was a quick convert after one bite. That makes for a happy cook. Note: I even used fat free mayo. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

I really enjoyed this fish. Love banana peppers, and hate to admit it, but I love mayonnaise too! Only change I made was to use fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder. Left the peppers off my son, and he asked for sprinkled cheddar cheese on his....both were delicious! Thanks for sharing.

Very good and different way to make fish. We increased this recipe to serve 4 and also used hot pickled jalapenos which I had in the fridge. Otherwise I followed the recipe as written for a very enjoyable dinner accompanied with a watermelon salad. Thanks for sharing!
