Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounce tilapia fish fillet(1 fillet)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (I use Hellman's)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pickled banana peppers (hot peppers)
  • 2 teaspoons hot pickled pepper juice
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pat the fish dry and sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper to taste and place on a rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread over the top of fish.

  • Step 3: Cook in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork, this will depend on the thickness of the fillet.
