Step 1

Dry fish fillets with paper towels and brush with melted butter, set aside.

Step 2

To make the dry marinade: Combine all the dry spices and sprinkle over the buttered fish fillets.

Step 3

Cook the fillet on a lightly greased grill for 8-10 minutes, tuning once during cooking time.

Note: You may find it easier to make a double quantity of this dry marinade and store the remaining mixture for later use. Store in a covered airtight jar in the freezer for best results. It adds flavor to seafood, poultry and beef

Delicious! Just the right amount of spice to make your tongue tingle! I made an extra fillet so I could make smoked fish salad....really love that for lunches here! Thanks for sharing!

Love fish, love spicy so knew this would be one I would enjoy. Scaled this back for just me and loved every bite. Can't wait to serve it to family. Already have a copy printed for my recipe drawer and extra spice made up! This was so good!!

Wow, Wow, Wow!!! This is a tasty fish recipe that will see many repeats here. The seasoning is so delicious. I used fragile pieces of tilapia so I could not cook them directly on the grill or they would of fallen apart so I cooked them on a piece of foil that I coated with non-stick spray over indirect heat and it worked perfectly. Thx for sharing this great recipe here.

Great fish. We used catfish which we enjoyed with a tossed salad. Made as directed. Thanks for sharing!

This fish dish was well enjoyed by me and my family. The seasonings blended well together which enhanced the fish really well, making for a yummy result. I used catfish, but I want to try it again by using cod, haddock, and tilapia. I grilled it over a charcoal grill and it came out fabo! Thank you Teresa for sharing!
