Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients cornmeal, flour, baking powder salt.
Step 3
Add wet ingredients, sour cream, milk, eggs, and melted butter.
Step 4
Bake in a greased loaf pan (bread pan) for 25 minutes until golden brown when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
