"This is my favorite seasoning to use on eggs. I love the combo so much; I finally made up a batch and put it in my pantry. It is a simple blend, but just perfect with eggs of any kind. Poached, scrambled, fried, omelets, etc."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Seasoning ... Add the peppercorns to a coffee grinder, and pulse a few times until you end up with 1 tablespoon of fresh ground pepper. Then, add in the salt, tarragon, chervil, chives, parsley, and marjoram (if you decide too), and pulse another time. These are already dried; so you don't want to make POWDER, you just want a fine ground seasoning.
Step 2
Storing ... I like to use small mason jars to keep this seasoning; but, you can always re-use any spice jars. Just make sure to soak them well in soapy water, or run them through the dishwasher before using.
Step 3
ENJOY! ... Great with any of your favorite egg recipes. This is a very mild seasoning; so, it is also wonderful on vegetables, tomatoes, and salads.
