"This is a very garlicy dressing...depending on how strong your garlic is. We grow our own organic hard neck and the cloves are large and very pungent. I made this for my daughter's wedding feast and the guests were disappointed they didn't have a jar to take home. Make the dressing a few hours before using..and if it is too thick upon using, thin with a wee bit more milk. This is also a great dip for veggies, on burgers or sandwiches etc."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in either a food processor or bowl if using a hand blender.
Step 2
Process until thick and creamy...refrigerate.
Step 3
Note: I have noticed that the dressing thickens as it sits in fridge, so thin with milk as needed.
