Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a small bowl add all ingredients (except the water) & whisk to combine. If the dressing is thicker than desired, thin it w/1-2 teaspoons of water at a time. Refrigerate for later use.
NOTE: While the clear intent of the recipe is to be a dressing for coleslaw & veggies, I would expect it to have a wider range of uses -- Perhaps in sauces for noodles or in soups, etc.
