This was very good on a simple salad with a few chopped peanuts as garnish. That being said, I did not add the tablespoon of salt as it was fine without, even using unsalted natural peanut butter. I do like it though and may use it as a dip for satay chicken sometime.

Very good! I added a tad more honey for our tastes. This is very versatile - good not just with salad but as a dip. I did let it marinate a few days in the fridge so all the flavors could blend well. We liked this a lot.
