Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Water, optional to achieve desired consistency
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl add all ingredients (except the water) & whisk to combine. If the dressing is thicker than desired, thin it w/1-2 teaspoons of water at a time. Refrigerate for later use.

  • NOTE: While the clear intent of the recipe is to be a dressing for coleslaw & veggies, I would expect it to have a wider range of uses -- Perhaps in sauces for noodles or in soups, etc.
