This is a great convenience recipe -- I love to let my rice cooker do all the work while I focus on finishing up other dishes and setting the table. Also loved using the leafy insides of the celery! Great flavor, easy to make. I made as instructed except I added some salt. Made for the AmaZ'ing Race 2023 (Thailand).
