Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Step 2
Stir in the rice and sauté for about 5 minutes, rice should be opaque not brown.

Make sure to be continuously stirring.
Step 4
Stir in the onions and cook another 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add in the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne and parsley.
Step 6
Pour in broth and soy sauce.
Step 7
Cover.
Step 8
Reduce the heat and let the rice simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Remove from heat.
Step 10
Let stand 5 minutes covered.
Step 11
Season to taste with a little salt and pepper.
