Step 1: Melt butter in a large skillet.
Step 2: Stir in the rice and sauté for about 5 minutes, rice should be opaque not brown.
Step 3: Make sure to be continuously stirring.
Step 4: Stir in the onions and cook another 3 minutes.
Step 5: Add in the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne and parsley.
Step 6: Pour in broth and soy sauce.
Step 7: Cover.
Step 8: Reduce the heat and let the rice simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 9: Remove from heat.
Step 10: Let stand 5 minutes covered.
Step 11: Season to taste with a little salt and pepper.
