"These are quick and easy to put together and they are delicious! These do not work well on the grill because of the loose consistency and they flare up really easy because of the teriyaki sauce."

Step 1

Mix the first eight ingredients together and form into 4 patties, pressing a 1 inch indentation in center of patties.

Step 2

Spray the bottom of a skillet with the olive oil spray and bring to medium-high heat.

Step 3

Place the patties in skillet and cook until no longer pink and nicely caramelized on the outside.

Step 4

Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce leaves.

I usually add a lot to top off a burger with this flavour loaded one all you need and want is lettuce. Loved the burger. You have to be very careful cooking them as they are delicare and can fall apart easily. They did hang together just be careful. Thanks Bea for a lovely Saturday night burger!
