Step 1
Mix the first eight ingredients together and form into 4 patties, pressing a 1 inch indentation in center of patties.
Step 2
Spray the bottom of a skillet with the olive oil spray and bring to medium-high heat.
Step 3
Place the patties in skillet and cook until no longer pink and nicely caramelized on the outside.
Step 4
Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce leaves.
