Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3 green onions, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (prepared)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic flakes (dehydrated)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • 4 burger buns (hamburger buns)
  • 4 lettuce leaves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the first eight ingredients together and form into 4 patties, pressing a 1 inch indentation in center of patties.

  • Step 2: Spray the bottom of a skillet with the olive oil spray and bring to medium-high heat.

  • Step 3: Place the patties in skillet and cook until no longer pink and nicely caramelized on the outside.

  • Step 4: Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce leaves.
