"I created this one very hot afternoon when I couldn't find the kind of beef-lettuce wrap that I wanted. Prep time includes chilling time. The chilling time is optional, but helps the texture of the burgers tremendously."

A special recipe - Loaded with flavor and it looks so attractive 5 star for sure. It looks like it would be labor intensive but it really only takes minutes to get ready to cook. Thanks Chocolatl for a great Saturday night dinner
