Step 1

Preheat oven to 400f degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 2

Arrange fillets on veggie oil sprayed oven tray. Brush with wine mixture. Bake for about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with chopped parsley.
