  • 1 tablespoon dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon honey Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 pound cod fillets, small bones removed (4 - 4 ounce)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley to garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400f degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.

  • Step 2: Arrange fillets on veggie oil sprayed oven tray. Brush with wine mixture. Bake for about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with chopped parsley.
