Step by Step Method

Step 1

PreHeat oven to 350 degrees F

Parboil bell peppers for 8 minutes

Step 3

Butter and Pam spray a 9x13 casserole

Step 4

Crumble cornbread into a large mixing bowl

Add corn, tomatoes, & peas, mix

Season to taste

Add cubed ham, mix

Stuff mixture into Bell peppers

Step 9

Place in Pam sprayed baking dish.

Spoon excess stuffing around Bell peppers.

Place bacon strips on each Bell pepper.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F
