Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Mix corn muffin mix as directed on package.

Step 3

Spread batter into a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan and bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 4

Brown meat and drain then add taco seasoning package, water, and chilies.

Step 5

Simmer until water is absorbed.

Step 6

Spread one cup of cheese over crust then top with meat mixture.

Step 7

Sprinkle with crushed red peppers and oregano.

Step 8

Top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
