Fresh, crisp, vibrant and ever so good. Each ingredient is distinctly pronounced, making each bite so interesting and delicious. I wouldn’t change a thing. However, I did grill the beef indoors, seeing it’s 93-degrees F and humid…Ickkyy. I didn’t grill the jalapeno’s seeing my smoke alarm was going crazy while cooking the beef, but instead, added pickled jalapenos. I also added red pepper flakes to the red pepper jelly because the brand I used wasn’t all that spicy and this brand is chunkier than most and it was very resistant to smoothing out ,so cooked it down a bit for the right consistency. We loved this dish and can see many repeats. Thank you, Teresa, for sharing.

We had this for lunch, and we loved it. The glaze for the steak is delightful and the grilled jalapeno added some heat. I served it as a giant salad to share with my husband because we were short on time and it seemed faster to serve & eat--but I used all of the components and they're delicious all put together. Next time, I'll try it the way it was written.
