Made for a great tasting fish tonight that we enjoyed. The peppery bite of the arugla matched really well with the sweetness of the fish. I used tilapia and because it was quite chilly out, I decided to bake it with the marinade in the oven. Baked it at 350 for about 15 minutes and it worked out pretty well. Thank you MsPia for sharing. Made it for Billboard tag.

Very good - we used trout fillets, but the cooking time was just about right on target. Used a grill pan on top of the stove but otherwise made as directed. Thanks for sharing!
