Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • Fresh gingerroot (1 piece,2 cm, peeled, grated)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound snapper fish (fresh white fish fillets, such as snapper, grouper)
  • Arugula (to serve)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine honey, soy, ginger and oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

  • Step 2: Cook, stirring, until marinade comes to the boil.

  • Step 3: Set aside to cool. Pour marinade into a ceramic dish.

  • Step 4: Add fish to cooled marinade. Turn to coat.

  • Step 5: Cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Step 6: Preheat a chargrill or barbecue on medium heat.

  • Step 7: Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade.

  • Step 8: Cook fish, brushing with marinade, for 3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.

  • Step 9: Place onto plates.

  • Step 10: Serve with Asian salad greens.
