Step 1: Combine honey, soy, ginger and oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2: Cook, stirring, until marinade comes to the boil.
Step 3: Set aside to cool. Pour marinade into a ceramic dish.
Step 4: Add fish to cooled marinade. Turn to coat.
Step 5: Cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 6: Preheat a chargrill or barbecue on medium heat.
Step 7: Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade.
Step 8: Cook fish, brushing with marinade, for 3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.
Step 9: Place onto plates.
Step 10: Serve with Asian salad greens.
