Step 1

In a small bowl whisk the corn starch and 1/4 cup water until combined. Set aside.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, over medium high heat, combine remaining ingredients. Whisk to combine. Bring sauce to a boil, cook for one minute. Add corn starch mixture and cook until thick and shiny, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Set aside until ready to use

Quick, easy and such a tasty sauce. I made this exactly as written and used it as a dipping sauce for some mini spring rolls. Not a chili lover but next time I might add some chili to one half and serve as 2 dips! We all loved it!
