DH liked the taste of this marinade although he did say the mustard comes through more than the sweet. I did these chops on the George Foreman as it's 19 degrees out, but I would love to give them a try on the charcoal grill. Very moist, tender and flavorful.

I had two butterflied pork chops that I marinated for a couple hours. Grilled them on our Tony Little indoor grill and loved them. Ran out of seasoning salt so I added salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. Great flavor, moist chops, and easy marinade to put together. Thank you Kathy for sharing, we will be making these again.
