Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Grease a 9" x 9 " pyrex ( or other) deep pan.
Step 3
Beat eggs and oil lightly.
Step 4
Add the rest of the ingredients - Mix lightly (don't over mix).
Step 5
Pour into greased pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until brown and baked through.
Step 6
Let cool on a rack , while in the pan.
