Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except squash and apples.
Step 3
In a large bowl, place squash and apples, and pour oil mixture over them. Stir well to coat.
Step 4
Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and spread out to make one layer. Bake in preheated 375° F. oven for 50 minutes or until squash is tender.
