Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven 300F.
Step 2
Toss the popcorn with the pecans.
Step 3
In a small skillet melt the butter over low heat.
Step 4
Add the cinnamon, salt, paprika, tumeric, cayenne, ginger and nutmeg.
Step 5
Stir and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 6
Mix in the maple syrup.
Step 7
Spread the popcorn mixture on a rimmed baking sheet so you have one layer.
Step 8
Pour the maple syrup spice mixture over the popcorn.
Step 9
Mix well.
Step 10
Place in preheated oven and bake for apprx 30-40 minutes, until the mixture is dry and the nuts are toasted.
Step 11
Toss the mixture every 10 minutes.
Step 12
Cool and then toss in the raisins.
Step 13
Enjoy.
