Step 1

In a blender or food processor, combine tomatoes and herbs and purée until smooth.

Step 2

Meanwhile cook pasta in boiling water until “al dente”

Step 3

In a large flameproof casserole; combine oil, garlic, and anchovies and mash together. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Add tomatoes and heat gently.

Step 5

Drain pasta and toss with sauce.

Step 6

Garnish as desired.

Step 7

Serve immediately.
