Step 1: In a blender or food processor, combine tomatoes and herbs and purée until smooth.
Step 2: Meanwhile cook pasta in boiling water until “al dente”
Step 3: In a large flameproof casserole; combine oil, garlic, and anchovies and mash together. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Add tomatoes and heat gently.
Step 5: Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
Step 6: Garnish as desired.
Step 7: Serve immediately.
