Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cream butter, Splenda, eggs, powdered milk and vanilla till light and fluffy.
Step 2
Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together. Add to the creamed mixture, beating well.

Drop on a parchment covered cookie sheet.
Step 4
Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
