Step 1: Cream butter, Splenda, eggs, powdered milk and vanilla till light and fluffy.
Step 2: Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together. Add to the creamed mixture, beating well.
Step 3: Drop on a parchment covered cookie sheet.
Step 4: Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
