"I saw this and thought it would be a good breakfast. Their bread was larger and the cooked it in a huge flat iron wok. I think they had a some ham but I'm not putting that in because it's India. Texas toast is just thickly cut bread."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet.
Step 2
Add veggies to eggs and beat.
Step 3
Put into hot oil
Step 4
Take Texas toast and flip in egg batter so both sides are covered with egg.
Step 5
Leave in egg to cook.
Step 6
Flip over when it's cooked and lightly brown other side.
Step 7
Remove and lightly sprinkle seasoning to taste.
Step 8
Cut omelet in 4 pieces. They did 6 but their bread was huge.
