"This is a healthy, low-fat version of the decadent dessert that is usually make with whipped cream. The original recipe was found in Chatelaine Food Express Quickies. You could substitute a cup of thick Greek yogurt for the drained yogurt. You could also substitute other fruits for the strawberries."

Step 1
