"This is a healthy, low-fat version of the decadent dessert that is usually make with whipped cream. The original recipe was found in Chatelaine Food Express Quickies. You could substitute a cup of thick Greek yogurt for the drained yogurt. You could also substitute other fruits for the strawberries."

Step 1

Turn yogurt into a sieve ined with a new, clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and drain for 1 hour at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Stir in the chopped strawberries and sugar, garnish with whole strawberries and serve.
