Step by Step Method
Step 1
Set 1 of the jellies in a shallow dish or cake tin following packet instructions.
Step 2
Slice jam roll into 2cm pieces and place over base of glass bowl and sprinkle with sherry.
Step 3
Make up second lot of jelly and pour over cake and refrigerate until set.
Step 4
Dice first set jelly and layer over cake and follow with a layer of peaches.
Step 5
Combine milk and pudding mix in a bowl and whisk until mixture is thick.
Step 6
Spread pudding mix over peaches and chill.
Step 7
Beat cream until soft peaks form and spread over pudding mix.
Step 8
Decorate top with fresh strawberries and crumbled Flake bar.
Step 9
Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
