Step 1: Set 1 of the jellies in a shallow dish or cake tin following packet instructions.
Step 2: Slice jam roll into 2cm pieces and place over base of glass bowl and sprinkle with sherry.
Step 3: Make up second lot of jelly and pour over cake and refrigerate until set.
Step 4: Dice first set jelly and layer over cake and follow with a layer of peaches.
Step 5: Combine milk and pudding mix in a bowl and whisk until mixture is thick.
Step 6: Spread pudding mix over peaches and chill.
Step 7: Beat cream until soft peaks form and spread over pudding mix.
Step 8: Decorate top with fresh strawberries and crumbled Flake bar.
Step 9: Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
