Strawberry Shortcake using an air fryer

Step by Step Method
Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees F.
In a bowl combine the strawberries and 2 teaspoons sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl whisk together 1 tablespoon sugar and the dry ingredients (-salt). Add butter and using a pastry blender, two knives or your hands to combine.
Slowly pour in the buttermilk, combining with your hands until dough comes together.
Spray the air fryer baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and then pour mixture into pan, spreading and pressing it into an even layer.
Cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from air fryer and allow to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes and then add the strawberries and 2 tablespoon of whipped cream on the top. Slice into 4 pieces and serve.
