Step 1

Wash and hull strawberries, then puree them.

Step 2

In a small sauce pan combine cream and sugar, cook until sugar has dissolved.

Step 3

Cool cream mixture and add strawberries.

Step 4

Place cooled mixture in ice cream machine, and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
