Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries (1 quart, fresh)
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 whipping cream
How to Make

Step 1: Wash and hull strawberries, then puree them.

Step 2: In a small sauce pan combine cream and sugar, cook until sugar has dissolved.

Step 3: Cool cream mixture and add strawberries.

Step 4: Place cooled mixture in ice cream machine, and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
