I made a tempura batter for fish and deep fried it then topped with this salsa. I would give it 10 stars plus! I might try other fruits in place of the strawberries too. I look forward to experimenting with it!

I made this to go over my grilled tuna for added flavor. It is a very special salsa and not typical at all but very good! I will try it with other fish. Maybe even scallops!
