Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Fit a baking pan with a wire rack and add about 1/2 inch of water to bottom of pan.
Step 3
Coat the wire rack with olive oil and non-stick spray.

Place the fish on top of the wire rack.

Place in the oven and cook until cooked through, about 20 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets
