Step by Step Method
Step 1
Bring 3/4 inch of water in the bottom of a double boiler to a boil, place steamer top in the pan
Step 2
Add beans, celery and oregano to the top pan, cover and steam for 8 minutes add onions, red pepper continue steaming fot further 7 minutes
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, add butter and serve
