Step by Step Method
Step 1
A small saucepan bring water, cinnamon, sugar and salt to a boil.
Step 2
Boil while stirring until sugar dissolves completely, about 2-4 minutes.
Step 3
Go to a simmer and let reduce to about half and thickened.
Step 4
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
Step 5
Let cool then transfer to a container.
Step 6
Brew espresso and let cool.
Step 7
Add syrup to bottom of cup.
Step 8
Pour coffee over then heavy cream.
Step 9
Stir.
Step 10
Add ice, stir again.
Step 11
Top off with whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
