Step 1: A small saucepan bring water, cinnamon, sugar and salt to a boil.
Step 2: Boil while stirring until sugar dissolves completely, about 2-4 minutes.
Step 3: Go to a simmer and let reduce to about half and thickened.
Step 4: Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
Step 5: Let cool then transfer to a container.
Step 6: Brew espresso and let cool.
Step 7: Add syrup to bottom of cup.
Step 8: Pour coffee over then heavy cream.
Step 9: Stir.
Step 10: Add ice, stir again.
Step 11: Top off with whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
