Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup espresso,brewed
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon dolce syrup
  • 1/4 ounce heavy cream,(2 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 ounce reddi whip, for topping
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, for topping
  • Cinnamon dolce syrup:
  • 1 cup water,cold
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: A small saucepan bring water, cinnamon, sugar and salt to a boil.

  • Step 2: Boil while stirring until sugar dissolves completely, about 2-4 minutes.

  • Step 3: Go to a simmer and let reduce to about half and thickened.

  • Step 4: Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.

  • Step 5: Let cool then transfer to a container.

  • Step 6: Brew espresso and let cool.

  • Step 7: Add syrup to bottom of cup.

  • Step 8: Pour coffee over then heavy cream.

  • Step 9: Stir.

  • Step 10: Add ice, stir again.

  • Step 11: Top off with whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
